I don't know what I want. Can you help me design something?

Absolutely! I am comfortable with clients who already have a vision to the clients who would rather be completely hands off and let me do my thing.  

Can I have a visual to show me your design plan?

Yes! I do offer Canva mock-ups for $10.

How do I book?

Please submit a rental/service inquiry or send me an email with your event date and location to check availability. Once we have determined our schedules align, I will send you a rental agreement. Once I receive your completed rental agreement and everything is approved I will send you an invoice via the Square platform. If your event is over two weeks away I require a 50% retainer to reserve your date and the remaining 50% 7 days before your event. If your event is under two weeks away I ask for the full payment due upon invoice. 

Can I pay when I pick up?

This is a tricky question because I understand WHY clients ask this. However, not requiring payment ahead of time sometimes ends in event professionals not getting paid after all of the hours of work they put in leading up to the event and on the day of the event. So I require the balance due 7 days before the event date.

What methods of payment do you take?

I accept credit, debit, ACH bank transfer. You can make your payment directly through your invoice, which will be emailed to you via Square.

What is your refund policy? 

A retainer is non-refundable unless I have to cancel due to my own breach of contract (in which case is 100% refunded). If a client cancels or postpones for any reason, or if I have to cancel due to customer breach of contract, the 50% retainer will not be refunded. A one time credit (in the amount of the retainer minus 15% restocking/rescheduling fee) will be issued. The credit can be applied to a future booking for up to one year. The design must remain the same if materials were purchased. 

How long do I get to keep my rental?

Rentals are generally picked up immediately after an event has ended, but in certain pre-approved instances may include up to 24 hours if items are able to be stored indoors in a clean, climate controlled, safe environment. 

Do I keep my balloons or do you come back for them?

The choice is yours! You are welcome to keep your balloons to pass them on or use them for another event. Most people prefer I pick them up after the event. I only charge for striking if I wasn't already returning to pick up other items.
